Sorry for honesty,

by Espoirfailed   Apr 3, 2007

Sorry for honesty,
And telling you what you needed
Not what you wanted.
A policy long mocked,
A forgotten lust,
And a worthless bonding.

Stepping inside,
For a breath of fresh air,
There's nowhere to hide,
But like you'll even care.

Whisper, whisper.
But no one to hear,
Let alone eavesdrop.
Whisper, whisper.
There's no one around.
Whisper, whisper.
Your lethal sound.

So breathe in,
Draw it deep,
Into your blocked and useless lungs.
Breathe in and fall asleep,
No lullabies to be sung.

And now I'm on my own,
The prospect is rather daunting,
And now I'm all alone,
But your ghost is so haunting.

It won't leave me,
So I decide to join it,
Please believe me,
Don't tell me you're not enjoying this...

This reminding me Billy Talent :]
It was very good, very powerful.
You controlled your emotions as you got your point across which in my opinion is a task not very easily accomplished by many writers today..seems to almost come natural to you? Lol. Good job Darling.
