I Write...

Emotions bursting to speak out,
In the bulb above my head is light.
When i feel strongly about something,
I write....

Anger rushes through my veins,
Through my nerves my blood flows.
When i feel angry about something,
I write poems....

Unbelievable happiness inside of me,
Heart opens with joy.
When i feel i couldn't be happier,
I write poems for my boy.

Feeling like i want to help-
People with unlucky strikes,
When i feel angry at government etc
I write poems about life...

When I'm feeling festive,
When i have things to say,
When its the time of the year,
I write about Christmas day.

When i have emotions bursting to speak out,
In the bulb above my head is light.
When i feel strongly about something,
I write........

not what i call a good poem personally just spare of the moment year so let me know your thoughts please thank you :D

    I know how you said this wasnt a good poem but I have to disagree with you on that. I really liked this one, it shows people that writing poetry doesnt have to be just about what people think love and sadness being a poet means that you can write about anything that makes you feel. Well done. This is the perfect answer for when people ask you "Why do you write?" So next time someone askes me I might have to give them this link. Wonderful work I really loved it. You shot this poem out of the water 5/5

    Great poem! It really spoke to me because whenever I feel a strong emotion I write to let them out. Self expression is better in the form of words then in the form of red lines. *5/5*
