Nothing

by Rose not your average   Jul 26, 2007

No food,
No water,
No home,
No warmth.

She sits there on the street,
Having nothing to eat.
Trying so hard,
Always watching her guard.

Has no place to go.
Nobody who cares.
Tries to make some money.
Tries to be happy.

People just pass her by,
Not even a side-glance,
It’s like there in a trance.
They don’t want to deal with her.

She is not that much trouble!
So kind and sweet.
So cold and hungry.
She is willing to work.

But nobody wants to,
To go to that much trouble.
They think she is useless,
But she truly is not.

She a rare kind of person,
Someone who will care,
Someone who can change to world,
But nobody will let her.
