The Comfort of Night

Rainy days wash away the tears.
Night dampens the pain.
The moon hangs low,
Every shadow holds a story.
Peace,
Stillness,
Tranquility,
Lapping over me,
Soothing the soul.
No one judging, you can just be.
Fall into the sky.
Bathe in the stars.
Forget the pressures of life,
Exist as a single entity in a vast universe.
One moment lasts forever.
