Under A Pine Tree...

Wrath took my sanity away
I know it was my last day
All that I knew was I was broken
So sadly and hopelessly broken

I let myself fall under a pine tree
That I know I couldn't see
And I let my blood run
The end has begun

When I forgot what you said
And I knew, deep inside, I was dead
I understood I had been sleeping
While my heart had been weeping

A nightmare, a sad story
And my dark mind isn't sorry
It was just a dream, just a thought
Only a nightmare...Or not?

    Ahh amazing, imagery is powerful in here, I really loved your wording also. A bit sad, and end just let the reader quessing if it was dream or not. Really enjoyed this!
