The stars are my only friend,
Wishing on each one,

Sadness is all I feel,
It overcomes me completely,
Making it hard to breathe,
Suffocating from all the hurt

My eyes spill out tears,
They flow and don't stop,
All the pain releases,
But then new pain starts

It hurts just as bad,
Breaking my heart even more,
Putting new tears in my eyes,
Eating away at everything I am
