Hi,
My name is Shy,
Don't look at me,
Directly,
In the eye

For I love to hide,
And prefer to be on the side
You'll never see me,
Out to play,
Not even,
On a sunny day,
So if you please,
Stay......
AWAY!!!!!!

No one seems to understand,
My feelings of self-doubt
I don't want to stand out,
I don't want to look like a fool,
At least not in school

The only people that can be a fool,
And stay cool,
Are the popular crowd
Where only the crazy, (stupid), and loud,
Are allowed,
They get away with everything somehow

I have lost my voice,
Over painful time,
To stay shut is my choice
And now I'm,
Just a pantomime

I'm vanishing into thin air,
To make myself not there,
So that no one will stare
To see me would be very rare,
But no one would care

So instead of being me,
If there is anything left to be,
I evaporate into dust,
And blend into the walls,
Due to my mistrust

Now I must say farewell
As I hide in my shell,
And rot forever in my lonely hell
