Totally A Tribute

by Alyssa Lauren LaVelle   Nov 27, 2007

I am happy being me
all three hundred pounds
of beautiful me
in all my sarcastic glory
and wal-mart on sale clothes
I am content to be
exactly who I am
which is not perfect
I like my pink hair
and my piercings
sure my eyes are too deep
and I dont smile easily
but my laugh is like poison
infectious . . .
and twice as deadly
Im smart but not arrogant
and I love dancing in the rain
could you love me?
would my large waist and
fat body overwhelm you?
Could you see past that
and into the heart of me?
The heart that loves a good book
a rainy day and chocolate
the me that would rather have
love and daisies
than lust and diamonds.
