After all these years I have been hurting
You tell me that you have always loved me?
So now you expect us to be the perfect couple
Boy, you've got your hopes up too high

You've hurt me so many times before
I can't possibly trust you anymore
You broke my heart one too many times
You are the reason I lost faith in love

Rejection is the hardest thing
I know because I've been in your place
You made my life a living hell
You still honestly think that I'll be yours?

Boy, which part of never don't you understand?
Get over it, I won't love you back
Never forget that I did not leave you,
You let me go..
