I'm mad, and me. love poems, they release everything inside.
They release everything, in a way so that I don't need to hurt myself to get rid of my anger or depression. I've seen so many self harmer's in my friends that I don't want to be one, I found that when I'm really upset or angry that if I write a poem it's almost like the feelings just disappear.
I realize my poems aren't always that good so any pointers in the right direction are very appreciated.
