  • Be it not that I chose this path
Or followed blind along love's wrath...

  • One more cut and then I'll stop
But now the blood begins to drop...

  • Although it's hard he bares his soul,
To the girl who holds his heart...

  • Today I hold my head in shame
I told her how I was to blame...

  • Beaten rough in inch of death
The heated blood now on your breath...

  • Today I made a sacrifice
I loved and lost and learned...

  • Better words have spent thier time
Expressing love through song and rhyme...

  • Thoughts of peace run through my mind
And all this time Ive been so blind...

  • Hold this glass of time and sorrow
Till thy demise of late tomorrow...

  • Left here in reason, bounded by time
Lost in the seasons of hope and devine...

  • Today I held her hand so tight and never let it go
I knew that she was shy but happy, her face began...

  • A covered blanket goes to waste
Stained by tears and out of place...
