what part of i don't care anymore can't you understand?

WHY!Why is it when my life starts falling together and looking good,I start falling apart?The good things in my life feel more like prison bars then happy moments...With every step I take I die alittle more inside.But I shouldn't feel this way. Should I?

I don't know why they call it heartbreak.  It feels like every other part of my body is broken too.
