Why do we try 2 put emotions into words to help others if we don't eve nunderstand our own emotions?

Accidents in the car cause kids

TRIALS are like fire. It can destroy or strengthen you depending on your character and outlook in life..
Remember, the FIRE that melts butter is the same FIRE that hardens steel..

One day at a time, this is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past, for it is gone, and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering.
