are a mist
brushing my skin
gentle caress
softly sighing
You
are dew
early morning
clinging to my petals
helping me bloom
You
are a warm rainfall
embracing me lightly
each drop
making me shine
You
are a spring shower
cleansing me
renewing me
washing away
all my fears
You
are a downpour
drenching me
violently claiming me
becoming yours
You
are a flood
like my emotions
engulfing me
consuming me
losing myself in you
You
are the ocean
all I can see
vast and endless
deep and true
You
are water
sustaining me
necessary
Without you
life would cease to exist
