True Fate

by Unknown Substance   Feb 7, 2008

Here's a sad story
aren't they just great
Listening about cutters lovers and fate.

But see this sad story is something very new.
About the sad tragic things a teen must go though.
There once was this girl no names will I say.
Cause I think she would have liked it better this way.

Well to the point the girl was very depressed.
People thought she only wanted attention
But no one was impressed.

She loved life and for her each day was a new start.
See this girl was very kind with a big loving heart.

But life had been giving her a very hard time
And the mountain of troubles was just to high to climb

Her mother loved her alot
and they hardly ever fought

But work came first in her mothers eyes
This often lead to many cries

But when she asked her for help she pushed her aside.
and this made their wonderful relationship quickly divide.

Friends were to caught up in the mirrors and the boys.
To hear the lonely cry that made no noise.

So life was dimming little by little
And soon she ended up in the dreadful hospital.
From a cut to the arm.
That wasn't meant for any harm.
Only for attention that she needed so
But no one was impressed by her silly little show.

A few weeks later she was all alone
no friends around no one was home
When she saw a rope on the shelf
It was then she knew she'd kill herself

She had the rope hung high
To ensure she would die

She was standing there rope around neck
Thinking about her life's big wreck

When a memory crossed pass her mind that made her rethink
She made up her mind in only a blink.

She wanted to live and yes she was sure.
but when she jumped down her feet did not touch the floor.

She forgot one thing but it was already to late
I guess you can't cheat the thing called true fate

She didn't even realize nor did she check
To see if the rope was still around her neck

The poem was absolutely amazing and I could just picture the entire thing playing in my head like a movie. Great rhyming, I loved every single line. Truly an amazing poet.
