Fight that never ends

by Lonely Rider   Dec 19, 2008

Fight that never ends

Groomed in cradle of hope,
glittering dreams alive
Enduring destiny's blow,
struggling to survive

Treading the path unknown,
to let the visions unfold
Roving clutches of failure,
scheming to withhold

Unremitting fight continues,
dodging every strife
Final milestone to conquer,
of jittery mortal Life.

Well told story using fine words and rhymes. I would suggest working on the metre/rhythm to insure a smooth read.

Very profound and very succinct. I like the economy of words. Well done
