No More Floral Bouquets.

Fancy words written
to parchment I
will not sing.

Floral bouquets
no longer grace
your vase.

Images of you
have slowly
faded away.

Memories are
all that are left
to linger here today.

You have forsaken
all you should
cherish and gone
your own way.

Time will not mend
what you have broken
in anyway.

The pain remains
and burns deeply,
there is just no escape.
