A Ripple Effect

A slight touch can be electricfying,
Causing my whole body to shiver.
The intense feeling is mesmorising,
And makes my battered jigsaw heart quiver.

Tingling sensations surge from head to toe,
Creating endless ripples in my soul.
Waves upon waves of tiny surges grow,
Into a tsunami I can't control.

Tides of emotion beat upon my shore,
Just like my heart beats for him everyday.
Voices of the tide sing to me once more,
As all my staggered footprints wash away.
