I do not wish to hurt you!
Yet I want to see you weep.
There is a beauty in your sorrow.

For there are rainbows in your tears.

So well crafted. A few sentences, yet there could be a novel behind it.

      And there is.

I looked at your profile which is not something I do often.

It's interesting to say the least.

To be a short poem, it really packs a punch of not only heartache but hopefulness. The first line with the exclamation mark is almost like a plea for forgiveness, as maybe you've already hurt them as they have you.. which is why for a split moment you want them to hurt as you have. But in their tears, you can see hope for a better future, after a storm there is always a rainbow.

I love your title. Fits perfectly!
