This place (Rondeau)

by Michael   Jun 8, 2019

Between these lines, we come to write,
we shall not judge, the black and white.
What lies unbroke, we shall not break
for hearts come here to rest their ache.
Let loose our tongues, with ink not spite.

We spill our ink and spell out plight,
and share our words, of dark and light
We shall all come to give and take
to read and learn, of what’s at stake
...between these lines

With ev’ry leaf, we shall incite
to aid the growth, to build this site.
We’ll bind our quills, and so shall make,
to keep this place, for all our sake.
Our hands shall keep this world alight.
...between these lines
