You're here;
potent like sharp arrows of light
you seep through tiny cracks.
Through wounds and bruises.
Stubborn like heartbroken dead
roaming in dark hours
sniffing the smell of their home;
you too, refuse to leave.
Oh how you linger
on and on.
and how I'd love to sleep
a bit less in reverie
a bit more in peace.
