24 hour news.
win or lose ,
u choose.
2am tears,
24hour fears.
stay or leave,
dare to believe.
3 am shivers ,
shouts become whispers.
toss and turn ,
extinguish ... BURN.
4am insomnia,
whats wrong with ya ?
tossing and turning,
stomach churning.
5am blues ,
24 hour news ,
points of view .

    This was abit like me last night tossing and turning not being able to sleep because of the cold mixed with a blackened mind and insomnia. Insomnia is such a pain at times but it Can get you thinking about things alot. I often wonder where life is heading in the dead of night, usually nowhere.
