Let me take this time out
to find myself
to find my way
off this path that leads me to hurt
and sorrow

crying for help
but no one can hear
hear the tired tears
that constantly flow
from a broken mind

i look in the mirror
but i do not see myself
i see a girl that is afraid
of what hides behind
the truth

but soon i turn to you
as you tell me not to fear
you tell me that i am not the only
blurry sight here
