Afraid

I wish I had the courage
To do exactly what I feel
Because right now it seems as if
That's the only way to heal
I don't really know why
I blame this on myself
And the last thing I will do
Is ask someone for help
They'll just think I'm crazy
But they will never know
The way I feel inside
Because I won't let it show
If I weren't so afraid
I might end this all today
Without me they'd be better off
I'm no good anyway
