London 772005

by Steven Beesley   Jul 8, 2005

A flash of light, a large explosion.
A few seconds pass and chaos happens.
The ground shakes and the carriage breaks.
What is happening?
Debris is flying, people are screaming.

There is panic and pandemonium.
A woman screams, a child cries.
There is a deadly silence with moans from people in pain.
In just a flash so many people have died.

The death and carnage is all around.
This senseless slaughter on the underground.
So many innocent are the victims of this choice-less fate.

A wrath brought on by some terrorists who do not sit and wait. All they create is death and destruction.

this was such a shocking thing to see happen brought back memories of what happened to the states with september 11th. it's sad to see so many innocent lives just die because they made a simple choice to ride the bus or take the subway. wonderfully put in such a short way. great job!

    Thanks Teresa,

I will take a look at the forum. I just feel so unhappy about all the senseless killing that is going on around us.

    Warmest regards,

    Steve
