Oh, and I'm not doing it to hurt your feelings, so many people take it that way.
You're an amazing poet, if you weren't I wouldn't comment, nor would I try to tell you how I think you should improve.

But no matter what i seem to do
You never seem to come through
When i really need you
You just seem to act like you just don't care and just stand there and stair.

It goes from short, to extremely long.
So it should be more like..

No matter what I seem to do,
You never really come through.
When I need you, it seems as if you don't care.
You just stand there as if you don't care.

That's still short/short/med./med.
But, it's better.

And, the last stanza was good. :]
I liked it a lot.
