Dilemma.

by Steven Beesley   Mar 23, 2006

Dilemma:

Sharp emotions hold be locked,
I cannot find the key.
Captive and helpless,
darkness is all around.

Worries spawned from this troubled mind,
anxiety will engulf and immure.
Directions lost, my pulse will race
as evil visions come to roost.

Intense and compounded dilemma,
agony of my burdens becoming worse.
My mind in conflict, solutions
continue to evade.

Questions within questions,
their answers no where to be found.
So much doubt like a cancer
it does grow so rapidly.

Confused and badgered constantly,
annoy me persistently.
Clawing for some way to escape
this long and painful mental torment.

Woes befriend me together coming
with distress, agony and misery.
How long must this last till I
find release from such affliction?
