Forever Melancholy

by Kaylee   May 8, 2006

Forever melancholy sands upon which my castle builds.
Salt-water tide consumes million pieces from my world.
Harmonious music, nature’s violin, serenades sadness.
Skipping stones drown beneath ocean blue depth.
Listening while Earth continues to beat…beat…alive.
Forever melancholy sands, I think not to build my heart.

Short, But GREAT! I'm not sure why, It's just the way you describe things in your poetry. This was a top piece. I loved the 2nd line also. Keep it up 5/5
