Pain

by Sweet lig   Jul 13, 2006

I wouldn't know
How this pain fades
How this pain cure
And how this pain forget!

Almost everyday
I breath so hard
Always keep on hiding
How hard i feel

Nobody knows how hard
I keep this pain inside
I'll always smile and laugh
Just to let them know I'm alright
And everything is OK

But deep inside
I felt my heart
Is melting away
All night alone i was cried
Tears are pouring like a rain

I felt I'm drowning with my tears
I don't know
How could i stop my tears to pour
I'd tried to enjoy my self
Just to forget the pain inside for a while
But still i wouldn't know

How could i take this pain away....

  • Good poem, except there's those grammatical errors that make it look bad. Work on it a bit. 4/5

Again the emotion is so powerful. I think the only thing you can do is to widen your vocabulary. Try to find some stronger words. I really liked this part:

I felt I'm drowning with my tears

    Amazing Job

    I can relate to it.
You described emotions greatly, and the atmosphere in the poem is excellently created.
    Just two suggestions:
    1. Capitalize I in some stanzas
    2. Don't repeat the same word too often, like you did with "hard".
The rest of the poem is great, and the ending -the last line- is very effective like conclusion.
    Keep up, 5/5
