What Could Have Been

I guess I forgot how much I felt for you
Its been ages since we have last seen
But its all coming back to me now
Last night when I ran in to you again

You still have those sparkles in your eyes
That innocent smile you used to give me
I wonder why we never had a chance
Perhaps it was never meant to be

My heart skipped a beat when our eyes met
I lost all my senses and didnt even give a smile
Forgive me for reacting that way my darling
What can I say, it has been a while

Life has a strange way of working out
There is no point of looking back or wondering
You have your own life and now I have mine
Yet I cant help but to think what could have been

    What could have been I think something we all wonder at sometime in our lives. Good job!

    Life has a strange way of working out
    There is no point of looking back or wondering
