How can i stay stong when almost everything goes wrong?

This is another story about my life.
this one's about my dad..hope you like it!oh and just to let you guys know this is all true...infact this happened just the other day:(

dad-are you in your room?!
he yells angry and mad he wants to break his daughter
me-......ya........why?
she knows it's coming she better start running
dad-get your mother f.u.c.k.i.n.g.
a.s.s. out here...you lazy b.i.t.c.h.
me-what did i do?i didn't mean to be rude to you!please just calm down!i don't want to be smashed to the ground!
he grabs her by the shirt,spitting in her face
dad-your a f.u.c.k.i.n.g. disgrace!
she holds it together
and yells back
me-your a f.u.c.k.i.n.g. a.s.s
dad- just look at how you talk to me...one day someone is going to beat on you and i won't be there to save you!
me-leave me alone!
dad-i will i hate you!don't ever talk to me again!you hear?!
then full of anger he takes his fist swings it hard
she falls down
BAM!!!!!!!!!
she hits the ground
kicking her when she is down
he beats her more and more
he wants her to be no more
inside her head she is already dead
me-where is my mommy, i know where she is she's off being a druggie but,where are my friends that said they would stand by me
I'm all alone here
no one is there to care
after he's done beating her
she crawls to her room
and thats when the blood starts to run all over her face
the words stuck in her head
"YOUR A F.U.C.K.I.N.G. DISGRACE"
me- why should i live in this place
my friends tell me to stay strong and to just give it one more day
but what they don't know is
that i can't hold on for much longer
i wish i was stronger
but i don't want to stay any longer

    the same shit hang in there and
    when you get out and run and

    Honey, you do not have to be treated that way, You are being abused! Listen to me closely, you can call someone for help, call the police station and ask for an organization near you that deals with child abuse or they can help you. Don`t listen to your friends this time , no one deserves this ,don`t let your dad or anyone else make you think you do.I will stay with you on this.

    Wow...i have a friend who was in a similar problem she moved out and stayed with a friend...if its a friend that u need... iwill be here for u if u wanna talk...i am a good listener and would try to help in any way possible. i really like ur poems as sad as they are. no body deserves to be put through what ur going through 5/5
