Ghostly Whispers

by Kirsty palmer   Oct 26, 2006

The room is dark, small and cramped
My passport to hell is already stamped
No one knows who I am,
I'm the evil ghost who sees you sleep
And I am there when you wake
I am the one who makes you feel so cold
Yes, I am your worst nightmare!
My clear white eyes can see your fears
Your childhood cries will reappear
For me to gather all your sorrow
Push you to the limit, and watch you scream
Laugh at your despair, watch you crumble
Yes, I am the ghost of your house!
Turn on your light I do not mind
For I will not go- but do not turn
Or face your back to me
I do know if you will survive the fright
Of what you might see the very next night!

This is a cool piece-it reeks of darkness and haunting-I can relate to those aspects definitely. The images and flow are great. The ending is great.
