Charisma

by *Charisma*   Dec 5, 2006

(for a contest where I had to use my name in it)

Drawn to her innocence and childish charm
Young at heart, in soul, and mind
Words that fall with seeming grace
As she flirts with humor so refined

As if she never has to try, they come
To catch the expressions she shares
And though a crowd is at her feet
She walks without a worry or care

What does she have that I don't possess?
Some inner beauty I cannot explain.
Wish I could grab hold of its power
And my own unique appeal gain

To have for a moment what she has forever
The presence you can't push aside
Caught up because of such sweet charisma
Leaving you wonder you cannot deny

But I'll sit here with words written all down
Once again, based upon this girl
I've got charisma in my own poetry
But it's left unspoken to this world

I can't find any faults with this poem at all.
You should win that contest cos the wording and the imagery you created with this poem shows how much charisma you have ;)
    Well done
