Crimson Kiss

by Gem   Dec 8, 2006

I'll take the blade
Carve out your name
A deep crimson red
Leaves a horrific stain

Life's just not worth it
Now that your gone
I really tried my best
But I still can't move on

Memories of you
Just won't fade away
They're haunting me now
Day after day

The blade can easily
Help me to forget
A peaceful release
From this lifetime debt

So now I leave you
One last crimson kiss
But before I go
I promise you this

I told you "I love you"
In life and in death
And it's true cos I loved you
Untill my last breath... ©

Once was a cutter by long stopped doing so. the reason was in this poem...carved her name on my arm and now i've lost everything we shared...i encourage people to stop cutting oneself, because you will lose those that are dear to you because of this...
i'm reflecting what i did and trying so hard to retrieve the love that i lost that day. such a fool i am.

but other than that excellent poem here. truly made me think with this one. 5/5
