A million less tears

by David Marshall   Dec 15, 2006

I'm sorry I couldn't hold any longer,
the pain was too great.
I couldn't help but being weak and not stronger,
Thus resulting my fate.

I'd rather bleed than cry over you,
I was running out of tears any way.
Everything I was told was never true,
So I never intended to stay.

I'm sorry I wasn't perfect,
and sorry I always cared.
With all this pain you inflict,
I'm sorry I ever shared.

One less life to worry about,
a million less tears for me to cry.
Just to solve your problems,
I chose to die.

The "flow" was just a little broken, but I like broken. Good work. Strong feelings in this write.

Good job. The feelings really come through in your words. The flow was also good.

That was really good! I really hope you don't hurt yourself though. I love you to death and I hate having you hurting. It's a really good poem though. Love you.

    Love Always
