The River

It is something so pretty,
yet so dangerous,
and it's soothing waves,
makes you curious,

yet you don't know,
the currents underneath,
can kill you,
and make you unable to breathe,

ever see it flood,
taking everything you own,
you and your family left all alone,

ever see the sun set on it,
it looks so beautiful,
yet it's beauteousness,
will kill,

don't ice skate on it,
you might fall through,
then my dearies,
i will feel sorry for you,

it's so pretty,
yet dangerous,
and it's soothing waves,
make you curious....................
