Just give up!

You complain so much about life
why don't you just take up strife

i can't stand your whinning
your countenance is not shinning

all you are is worry
your optimism is often blurry

why don't you give up
take a drink out of failures' cup

if you cannot take it
then in life you'll never make it

why do you wish me to cheer you on
for being with you makes my smile gone

go one way or the other
stop pulling down your sister and brother

i will depart, you will not steal my spirit
there are so many trying to help, can you not hear it?

    Mmmm...Everyone does complain about how crappy their life is. My poems sometimes do that but not out of emotion. My poems are usually false. The part about your smile being gone I liked. I could picture the things you were speaking of in the poem. Good job. 5

    Very well written! it flowed all the way through(people seem to have a hang up about that) and it was just an all around good poem..
