Porcelain beauty in the hands of time
deceptive bite, into a lovers flesh
living on a borrowed, chime
heart dying a thousand deaths

Can not help but feel the lies,
They are breathing down my neck,
Always thinking of how I hurt you,
Remembering to keep myself in check

Happiness drowns with every tear that falls
when darkness creeps into a broken soul
betrayal pounds on these empty walls
strike of twelve, truth be told

Edge of the seat, heart beats fast,
Will you ever look into my heart?
Anger grasps this body when I understand,
Truth should have been told from the start.

Broken sweats, heart skips a beat
footsteps echo, drawing near
time has come to face lies and deceit
to sleep in the bed, she made long ago

I can no longer run, no longer hide,
From the secrets I have kept,
This is when my love is whole,
My darling, please accept.

    This poem is great, you girls did a perfect job.
    I like the vocab use in it, it just made the poem so perfect,
