Blank

I'm staring at a blank
It's empty, or is it full
No color is in the bank
It's looking quite dull

It has no shape
No size, or height
No length, or width, or drape
No tail like a kite

It has only one detail
And this I know
It's nothing, but a trail
Of thought and so

It is not small or tall
Cause it has no size
The blank can not even stall
For it is on the rise

The blank can not be nothing
For nothing is something
Everything is something
So nothing isn't nothing
