A Diamante is a seven line poem, shaped like a
diamond.
Line 1: one word(noun)
Line 2: two words(adjectives)
Line 3: three words(action verbs-ing)
Line 4: four words (nouns)first 2 words relate to line 1
last 2 words relate to line 7
Line 5: three words(action verbs-ing)
Line 6: two words(adjectives)
Line 7: one word(noun - synonym/antonym to line 1)

    "lol that was longer than the poem." -- Lmao! Sorry, that made me laugh. =/

    Anyway, this is another form of poetry I've yet to try. In fact, I've rarely read this form of poetry either. I'm actually not that big of a fan of poetry such as this, however, you had me hooked. Each word just kind of brought a different image to my head, and I wanted to read on and on.
