Who Knew

Thrown down to earth
to feel the dirt
tainted parts leave a mark
scarring his little heart.

Who knew his love
wanted to rip him apart
always thought they were above
even from the very start.

Who knew one could give his soul
to no longer be whole
to cry every night
left only to be in miserable fright.

He screams why
while looking at the sky
Cursing his loves words
that would make his life go forward.

"I love you" were the best
he had ever heard
but now their just the worst
and theres nothing to look toward.

Who knew a thing so great
would end in ultimate pain
and leave a person with such hate
with all efforts invain.
