Slow Motion Suicide

The way she looks
The way she walks
The way she laughs
The way she talks
The way she acts
The way she feels
All she can say
is I am no longer real
She is no more than a Barbie doll
applying her make-up
Practicing how to gracefully fall
No one can tell
There once used to be
an average girl
blessed enough to break free
But now she's bound herself in chains
So nobody looks in her eyes to notice the pain
Can't stand it when they show to her
pity,or sympathy,only understanding
A master of disguise
She hates herself
but only she knows why
As she looks in the mirror
every morning, every night
And always felt weak whenever she cried
Run so hard until her lungs burn
Push-ups,and sit-ups to the point where she feels
The best of her heal
And the rotten parts slowly begin to dissappear
Sometimes she wishes it wasn't the ugliness
But HER who wasn't here
