Half drunk sullen moon
laden with nightly drama...
I should have known:
the sun does shine...
Today, I arose to find reasons
just outside my palatial pane...
As my eyes yawned to a beckoning dawn,
And vanishing tranquility...
There's a rush
between the many folds...
Drifting into the expansiveness
of the moments when you once...
This heart of mine endures
So much of worlds misery...
I
When the time comes, sun seems out of reach...
Let my soul to rest
before the roseate glow of dawn...
Fading like a flower
on the highway of my secret life...
I dream of fluffy, pillowy pancakes
mounding on my rather half-eaten plate...
She wears the moon around her wrist,
Like a hexed trinket of a faun...
