Collage of Words.

I dabble my pen
into swarming letters-
as I begin to rearrange
artifacts of life with
my calligraphic mind.

Melodic heart
in sync with each stroke-
releasing magic,
while creating
a collage of words,
graffiti on paper,
the essence of life.

Broken lines of poetic art
escape from the edges
as memories overlap,
captured in photos
laced with liquid sunshine,
withholding a bright future.

Splotches of imagination
scattered 'tween each memory,
as paint drips from the corners
of my youthful mind; drizzling atop
fragments of the past and present,
portraying abstract beauty.

Imagination kisses pages
leaving imprints of life
as I write into the future,
upon a page dampened with meaning,
forevermore.

    Just like the title..this write was wonderfully put together to bring a collage of images. I loved the wording as well as the flow..nicely penned!

    This was such a magical piece, I absolutely thought the picture also was a poetic message itself....I loved how you set up the stanza's and perfectly created each line with such beauty from your quill. I could not read better, I am just amazed. Every single word sparked so much joy and images that weren't bland or dull but came to life, words beyond poetry....

    Well done, this deserves front page, your writing is unbelievable, never give it up, you know how I love it :)

    I really liked this stanza. I think there are a lot of people that can relate to these thoughts.

    OMG...now is this what u have pmed me really ? u have made up a MASTER piece out of an image that would tell a lot but as good as this poem did..

    you have no bet gave me goosebumps while reading these lines of this mind of yours..

    ur expressions been so deep...and ru word choice was just perfect...despite that ur title e really impressed .

    I absolutely agree with everything Britt just said. You have penned the picture with words and you have repainted it with your flow of words and great poetic skills in this piece. The imagery in which you wrote is astounding. I was amazed with the poem form the very beginning to the end. As Britt said your own style made the poem that much better. I believe any regular format would have not let you expressed the picture fully. Once again Excellent job and keep writing! :]
