Life Is

Life is an endless river,
A vision of our soul,
Our failure, our glory,
Our own barren place,
A heaven in grace...
Look deep into it,
It's a mirror of the past,
A face of this day,
A tomorrow so vast,
A music we play...
Life is a companion indeed,
A shadow of our spirit,
Our sadness, our bliss,
Our foe in greed,
A friend in need...
Live in hope with it,
It's a book of sorrow,
An empty page,
A new morrow,
A wide open stage...
