Barren (Essence)

Frail womb of abandoned land
yester's bloom,sleeps on sand,

spring smothered by concrete,
limp wings, desperately plead,

summer steadily blaze,
readily winter's grace.

    Very nicely done, does not at all seemed forced. i know several times I see these forms and they are so forced because the rhyme and strict rules but this one was not at all. I loved it.. you did a great job .
