Fading Days(Triolet)

by Jad   Sep 10, 2010

Remembering time spent on those beautiful days
Quickly without thought or word dissipates.
Yet our memory reminds us though it fades,
Remembering time spent on those beautiful days.
As the winds blow and the leaves decay,
And the coming cold wind hesitates.
Remembering time spent on those beautiful days
Quickly without thought or word dissipates.

I like this form and you are getting really
good at each of the form you use. The poem
in itself is like a trip down memory lane..well
    done!

A very strict approach with the form. The line which was repeated was effective. I found it suited with the rest of the lines. I have noticed your love for form poetry. I normally like to read form poetry if not free versed. At your age, I can tell you have that rare talent with you. Keep up the good work and thanks for the comments. :)

Oh wow, this is actually my first time reading a poetry in this form, and with so many repetitions you still managed to create such a beautiful piece. Good work here! It was quite the gentle piece. Kudos :)
