You're my hero, my defender,
you're my sunshine in the rain.
And I can't just can't stop my heart,
from loving you once more again.

You take away my darkness,
make a hope burn inside me.
It's you I love forever...
and always will be.

Can't ever stop the magic
spell you have cast.
You seen into my heart,
and took way my mask.

That long time I had worn,
so weary, worn and sad.
But loving you was easy,
it was you that made me glad.

I never will forget you,
you've left footprints on my heart.
That time never will erase...
in me you have a part.

Yes, you're my hero, my defender,
you're my sunshine in the rain.
And I just can't stop my heart,
from loving you once more again.

    I found this to be a very beautiful poem describing ones love for someone. I like the message though I would have to say the wording seemed off in certain parts and also the rhyming seemed forced in some parts of the poem. I am not saying this poem wasn't good I am simply just pointing out parts that could be better. In fact I really liked the poem. It reminds me of someone hopelessly falling in love with the same person over and over.

    Overall you did a good job and I liked the many emotions you pour out in this piece. Great job and keep writing.
