The Final Episode

The title really cought my attention:)

Words languished in my mind
have stopped the beating of my heart
where this world will fall apart,
as the sky tears away
inside of my life,
as the sky tears away
with each stroke of my knife.

its a really great start for this poem, and its my fav stanza :)

Magnificent lines~

Your instinct tells you to go,
but your lust begs you to stay
as you find you have lost your way
so forget the hurt and pain
as I shatter our dreams,
so forget the hurt and pain
that echo our silent screams.

^^This opening statement describes the loss of something deep that it has left the writer speechless..at a loss of words.

Your instinct tells you to go,
but your lust begs you to stay

^^It is one of those situations where one is caught between two worlds and unable to just deal with one..that is what I felt here.

as you find you have lost your way
so forget the hurt and pain

^^This part to me sounds very painful where there is no medicine to heal it..

This is the final episode
where my life ends with yours,
paralyzed from inside the core,
enraptured by a fainting promise
where I've been decayed,
enraptured by a fainting promise
where I now eternally lay.

^^Reading this final stanza reminds me of Romeo and Juliet. Where love's dreams and wishes are buried forever without having to live it.

A very sad, sad write and the repetition of the lines makes it even more powerful..excellent write and I hope all is well with you..take care.

'Mindblowing' is what i am left with to say, simply breath-taking.

I must have read these lines 10 times by now and the imapct is still the same...great write.
