Loss Of Breath.

by Steven Beesley   Jun 18, 2012

Breathe easy,
if not for the poisonous gases
that we have spread.

Breathe easy,
If not for the toxic wastes
from which we have dumped.

Breathe easy,
If not for smog and ash that
we have pumped into the air

Breathe easy,
If not for the Carbon Dioxide
which we spew out daily.

Breath not easy,
For our sins, it is to late and
we shall suffocate and expire
upon our own procrastination.

Breathless,
for now we must suffer the
consequences of our own
arrogance and indignation.

The first four verses speaks of all the damage we are doing to mother nature and the effects of it well seem to be blind.

    Breath not easy,
For our sins, it is to late and
    we shall suffocate and expire
    upon our own procrastination.

^This one talks about all the mistakes and
the sins we have committed, one from which there is no escape for the past always catches
    up with us!

    Breathless,
for now we must suffer the
    consequences of our own
    arrogance and indignation.

^Put them altogether we have to pay the price
for every single thing/mistakes that has been done and eventually there is no escape...for anyone! A very good message this write has!!
